In the modern golden standard for anime , Bleach’s TYBW, it was at worst 3.5 chapters per episode

no way I’m stretching that to 22 minutes

Depends if the 22 minutes are good. I don't read One Piece because it's a bad product atm with offpanel fights, and reading is something I actively have to do. I watch anime while eating so it's actually more efficient for me.

I will have my brunch with this ep. I'll let you know how the 1 chapter per episode pace holds up.

I said a few weeks ago that Imu will also upgrade Sommers and Killingham, so they will be probably Zoro and Sanji's opponents
Each strawhat + giant will get a moment with Imu but they’ll take a huge L and Luffy and Loki will probably hold him off for a few moments until something unexpected happens
I have 3 possibilities
1. Imu's health gets worse
2. the Man with the Burnscar appears
3. Dragon or another huge character like Shanks will join the fight

As I said, I can fully see this as a Whitebeard vs Marineford where he was just clearing fodder and dropping bodies throughout the war. But overall, whatever made him cough up blood will catch up with him and he’ll have to retreat. Or Blackbeard attacks Mariejoa and forces Imu to retreat
