If there’s no mention of any special characteristics, then that is the logical conclusion. Special durability is always highlighted (Kaido, BM, Lunarian, Topman). This was just a regular block.

If Luffy can match him then that’s just the latest powerlevel/feat for him unless stated that it’s due to him countering Imu.

It's crazy how Ryuma is literally irrelevant outside of Wano's borders. Z-Boys to this day think Imu isn't invading because he is afraid of the Ryuma lore (despite WG ships flooding Wano the moment Kaido fell).
