I don't watch the anime anymore (aside from clips randomly). Why this should be something related to supreme king haki? From what I remember the visual cue was the focus on a single eye and kinetic lines like a zoom effect
I dont watch myself either (beside some clips or rarely 1 episode), like i said i can only tell me what my friend told me, he said in wano it had almost the same effect and zoom in on the eye

Given the comments under the tweet @Doggo linked it seems like that seems to be the case

CoC: Color of Clowns

The True Arm of the Law is the Fist of the People
Yoooo don't gonna lie, this was great analysis. Imu indeed is kind with butterflies, like Forest God. But at the same time, he is using tech for himself. Again, I made a theory that he was an android, the war machine, who then gained personality. This is why he needs tech to survive(such as mother flame), but he loves nature, and believes that human beings should be controlled in what they create.
I'm really interested to see how Imu interacts with the Seraphim. Especially if he is an artificial life form himself.

The Seraphim project isn't something that happened overnight. The Gorosei were clearly heavily involved in its planning, which means that Imu was as well.

Medieval Christian theology places seraphim in the highest choir of the angelic hierarchy. They are the caretakers of God's throne, continuously singing "holy, holy, holy". Pseudo-Dionysius the Areopagite in his Celestial Hierarchy (vii), drew upon the Book of Isaiah in fixing the fiery nature of seraphim in the medieval imagination. Seraphim in his view helped God maintain perfect order and are not limited to chanting the trisagion. Taking his cue as well from writings in the Rabbinic tradition, the author gave an etymology for the Seraphim as "those who kindle or make hot

The name seraphim clearly indicates their ceaseless and eternal revolution about Divine Principles, their heat and keenness, the exuberance of their intense, perpetual, tireless activity, and their elevative and energetic assimilation of those below, kindling them and firing them to their own heat, and wholly purifying them by a burning and all-consuming flame; and by the unhidden, unquenchable, changeless, radiant and enlightening power, dispelling and destroying the shadows of darkness

Since vegapunk stated the seraphim are supposed to be the highest form of humanity's evolution, i'm guessing we're going with the Christian rather than Jewish interpretation, as the Seraphim are higher up in the order in christian theology.

If Imu is the Sea Devil that creates Devil Fruits, then, making artificial angels that are bound by technology to go against their original nature fits that devil angle very well.

Look at robin's face when vegapunk says this about the sea itself and mother nature.

What if the Devil Fruits were made by the Sea Devil, but the Ancient Kingdom corrupted them or experimented on them in order to free them from their influence?

So the original rubber fruit eventually evolved into the mythical zoan nika.

What if the original devil fruits were made by the Sea Devil out of love for the world, and then the ancient kingdom abused them and used them to destroy the nature, the sea devil loved?

bro his legs were so bad
I mean, him being build like a fridge with chiken legs is also a base problem, i just dont like the color palette when he transforms, for example, he looks so gross and shit, his face too, the scales look like skin disease (his full zoan form looks magnificent tho)

Someone like Luccis hybrid form clears 1000000x fold, for example, sleek as fuck
