I think the final villain is the sea devil, the source of all Devil Fruits foreshadowed in chapter 1.

For me it’s Imu -> Blackbeard -> Sea Devil

So what you think sea devil look like ? The evil Fishman look like design with horns ?

Knowing Oda, he will go with the safest route. Neither Imu negg diff Loki and neither Loki hurting Imu.

Probably something like Loki trying to freeze Imu, but Imu umfreeze himself. Imu attacking Loki, but Loki deflecting his attacks, and so on.. until goofy arrives

Lord of the Coast = Sea devil
Alvida fat pirate = Blackbeard fat pirate
Morgen the Marine captain = Akainu the Fleet admiral (this even got further gas as being heavily implied hibari is his blonde daughter, like helmeppo being his blonde son)

I would assume the Sea Devil can’t swim so I doubt it looks like a fish.

Yeah I definitely don’t take any credit for the Sea Devil theory, that theory has been around for decades

Why are we assuming that Imcel isn´t just the sea devil himself? He wants to sink the world, and has his pacts being called like, ¨deep sea pact¨ or whatever.

Sakazuki-Teach/Imu is the best path imo.
(Luffy can also fight Blackbeard twice, I think. Once before Imcel, once after)
