Maki appears to be "corrupted" in a way and I bet its what is hurting Imu. This demonic aura haki was put inside of him, it isnt natural.

He isn't summoning Maki, rather it looks like Maki is overflowing within him and he lets it out of the holes in his palms to me. Its not entirely in his control. Right now, i cant speak on Imus powers versus haki in general, but he seems to be stronger than any living person to me.

Nika has no limits while in that state. The powerscale is fine. Luffy can perform well in Nika mode and still get low diffed overall by Loki let alone Imu since the mode only lasts 5 mins.

100% but that's not really my point of contention though. There's no denying that Loki is important to the lore or even that he seems to be one of the key players on the mural or even that he's filthy strong. I'm just curious how those that are convinced that Loki is god tier/only second to Imu in the verse, much stronger than any top tier either of the past or the current era justify Nika outpeforming Loki or matching his feats at worst in the upcoming chapters given Nika only just one arc ago was going blow for blow with Kizaru

LOL, imagine still thinking that Goofball is an underdog in his Nika mode. Oda made him gear 5 minutes for a reason, that’s the only thing holding him back.

G5 has never been threatened by an attack before, even Destroyer Bagua didn’t do much. Oda can make him as strong as he wants for 5 minutes
