Also, Imu has like 10 broken abilities and a black blade is just part of it. Mihawk certainly isn't being scaled to him lol
Firstly from Gaban himself and no alternative Loki just giving himself up to shanks does not align up with how Oda writes shanks.
Why are we leaving out the fact that Harald stopped fighting and allowed Loki a free hit to Finnish him off
Gaban did not once said that Garp and Primebeard could not do the same. In fact Gaban was surprised that Harald could use conquers haki and did not know you can overcome it by using mass which something Gaban and Shanks never tried to do.
From the spoilers Loki managed push Imu away ok it didn't injure imu at all, we saw Garp and Roger do the same with DR Xebec the issue was overcoming the conquers haki defense. Also Imu isn't going all out with Loki its obvious he's playing around with him, this is normal villain writing they never go all out from the start.
Lastly scars are a narrative tool used by Oda they are never used for damage from rights, Garp and Roger got no scars from the xebec fight hell Luffy died against Kaido and he doesn't have a single scar from it. Are those fights not battles at all now as well?

Gaban very clearly said he thought HK Harald would bring the world to ruin after he got his ass whooped in a 2v1 with Shanks. This includes Garp and Primebeard. He did not think any one could stop him.

Oden almost killed 20 years youger Kaido. At EH an Admrial already food diffed the one who beat Kaido.
What you even saying? Aramaki went against the alliance who took down both Kaido and BM + whole Wano. He wouldn't have come if Kaido was there because that's how it works.
If Lolden traumatized Kaido, Aramaki, having a black blade, would have killed him 20 years ago.
That was a list of Kaido's most important fights/encouters, not of the strongest. Not even fucking Imu Is there.
You can pick 3 Lolden and still Shanks would win.

They find out what happened and that it is to early for them to act. That the mermaid princess isn’t born yet and that hey can’t do anything.
2) Roger things if he has a son he can do it.
Marries rouge and together they have ace.
3) no one except Garp new about him. Neither Rayleigh nor Gaban knew about him until 5-2 years ago. Like WB they might have figured something out after he became a pirate 5 years ago. But not necessarily.
4) 14 years ago they thought Shanks was the kid of prophecy as it was before ace and Luffy’s time.
5) 12 years ago shanks meets Luffy and bets on him being the child of prophecy.
Shanks isn’t the child of prophecy he didn’t have the same dream as Roger and Luffy and probably Joyboy.
shanks is strong enough and born on the right time for Gaban and Rayleigh to believe that he might be the child of prophecy but he isn’t.
