Black blade are handle visible nit creates out thin air like spoiler says. That is Imu ripoff people stuff. He definitely saw Marineford watching Mihawk moves.
He is not going use sword main weapon because he has zoan form and then in second world drawing showing Imu has giant hybrid dragon with bare hands rather than carrying weapon.

Holy shit, Oda temporarily had Harald regain some of his spirit to draw his typical tear jerker flashback moment, but Harald was only able to regain it *because* of the shock of getting his ass kicked by Loki to begin with.
