Kizaru is below any of the Gorosei, immortality or not. Assuming he doesn't have awakening. Goofy can beat him if time limit isn't an issue, and that shit heavy plot dependent
Kizaru don't got shit on Loki who has ACoC combined with a legendary weapon, proven haki to kill a HK/DR char which not even the likes of Roger could. Only ACoC Yonko tiers stand a chance to not get low diffed by Loki at this point and Kizaru has no CoC
Loki is above Kizaru COMFORTABLY in everything from haki to DF. Only his speed is trouble but he's nothing but a fly compared to Nidhogg

Many fans here or on twitter debated that Shanks has nothing other than swordsmanship therefore he can't be the same as King for example who is not a swordsman.
Even in the recent flashback one side was waiting for Roger/Xebec/Shanks to pull guns/haki susano'o while the other said the opposite.

Not really, it could honestly be another indication or Hint since even Top Tiers who had higher Haki than Oden can't even make it Black Blade too, Roger for example since he loves his sword so much. I see Roger as one of the guys that had pinnacle of Haki. And still couldn't make ACE as a Black Blade.
Also the things we knew are Black Blade only comes from many numerous battle by Gyukimaru which is gonna bs considering Zoro gonna done that faster than anyone at 21 with few battles lol.
If turning Black Blade only needing Haki on it.
