It's confirmed that Nemesis (which is the name of the attack, not the sword) isn't even a physical sword but Imu's black flames taking the form of a sword.

Look at how Imu's "blade" after stabbing Loki loses it's form and dispells:

i could argue 1010 luffy acoc was lower then 1035 zoro acoc.

1010 luffy acoc its like beginnerlevel so i expected loki acoc to be beyond that
