Anyway powerscaling aside.

The tiny flashback panel we got between Joyboy and IMU atleast confirms that his "Devil Form" is a hybrid/awakened transformation. Not his actual appearance. He looks like his black blob sillouette but without the crown back then. Im still curious as to what IMU actually looks like.

It could have been from his head, doesn't change Zoro didn't have an aneurism :kayneshrug:.

Zoro went down because his body went down, becuase of his wound.
We already have the same scene in Orange town, no wound at all. Zoro usually goes off after winning a fight.
That's how Oda advances the plot, otherwise he keeps chasing Onimaru.
Focus is on his stomach, the Gurrgl SFX that indicates hunger or poison in this case as he has been eating all the poisoned animals.

I will give Loki his cred he is looking great so far Oda is delivering on all the build up good for you guys
Honestly I'm not even a Loki fan like that. He's making all top tiers including Admirals look irrelevant. But at the end of the day they're just cartoon characters so I dislike seeing people cope about something obvious because they can't accept their fave cartoon characters being powercrept this badly.

This is why an Admiral fan like Extravlad is coping as much as guys like Sanjikun. Their faves are in danger. The rest of the Admiral fans are just enjoying Yonkou fans crying for the 1000th time cause Oda keeps taking a dump on this notion that Yonkou > All. Yonkou fans convinced themselves Yonkou are some untouchable deities and it's been a rough few years for em.

I can't be too hard on them. Emeperors have been portrayed as the pirate Four Horsemen of the Apocolypse for decades now in story. One of them could potentially destroy the world before he died and the others could rival him. Them being powercliffed happened pretty recently lol.

Lazy is the way
So "base" Luffy is a Luffy who's not allowed to use even gumo-gomu no pistol, yeah?!
Lol good point

it depends what you’re talking about when you’re using the word base

- either no Df at all
- or the very basic attacks of the DF

I feel like in here the word is mainly used to describe a no DF at all situation

For Luffy it’s weird to say it because he has modes / gears and his default mode is using his gomu which is active all the time

But for exemple for Kaku or Lucci when they are in human form they are in base

I’m just pointing here that for Mythical Zoans it seems there are no true « base » form and they are able to use their DF even without transforming

Damn that honestly feels like that next lvl end of series fight already. Omen is an extremely powerful ability. Looks like Imu goes for his own hollow purple move next chapter. I got major Gojo vibes from his use of Omen and the handsigns

And Loki is absurdely powerful. The people that will still debate Old gen match ups are crazy. Feels like hybrid Loki will end up powerful enough of soloing the whole of God Valley atp

Usually « base » is when your not using your DF at all

And for normal Zoan especially it’s mostly the case when you aren’t transformed at all

here Loki is clearly using his DF powers to dish devastating attacks

But yeah I agree that Loki can be even more dangerous in hybrid.
We been using Base Luffy for years now to refer to his G2/3 form now that he has complete control over it.

Especially more true for zoans. Since Base, Hybrid, full Zoan is literally a form. So yea that was Base Loki...because well it literally was him in Base form.
