Tbh I think the issue with MZs is that they are too oversaturated in top tiers especially.
Imo Oda should have made them an upgrade that regular and ancient Zoans could get via awakening by uniting with the beast of the fruit.
So Kaido for instance is not just a guy who ate a strong fruit, he's someone who awakened the Carp and became a dragon.
Imagine Wucci awakening his leopard and becoming a Nundu or Manticore.

Oda ignored tying her arc and lore like he did with Kaido and Big Mom, I refuse to believe Onigashima Climax Oda was this bad and he's saving it for Wano Act 4 like @CoC: Color of Clowns's been saying for the last 4 years

Ancient Weapon Pluton War.
Characters involved:
Yamato: Yamato is named after the most famous battleship in Japanese history.
The only time Yamato fired her main guns at enemy surface targets was in October 1944, when she was sent to engage American forces invading the Philippines during the Battle of Leyte Gulf. While threatening to sink American troop transports, they encountered a light escort carrier group of the US Navy's Task Force 77, "Taffy 3", in the Battle off Samar, sinking or helping to sink the escort carrier USS Gambier Bay and the destroyers USS Johnston and Hoel. Oden's Will was to open the Borders of Wano. This requires Pluton's activation as Sukiyaki explain to robin and law.

Loki: Loki's tied to Rocks and the Galleila Shipwrights. In Ultimate, 957, Sengoku stated Rocks was after one big score. This big score is why he wanted the Galleila: there the ship rights that created the giant battleship pluton. Elbaph, or Warland, nearly conquered the new world in the past. How? Pluton.
This also solves issues with loki fitting on ships. Even on a giant ship, his dragon form is just too large, he literally could not fight near any ship.We've seen in the series without threatening to capsize it. People always focus on the concept of him fitting on the sunny, but there is legitimately not a single ship in this series.We've seen that can actually contain this man.
But we have heard of one. Pluton. Loki and the Galleila Pirates get Pluton. This is after Loki joins
The Cross Guild + Blackbeard Alliance, with Loki: Garp gets Teach a cool 3 Bill Berry if he gives him to Cross Guild. In order to lure Koby and others back, Teach/Cross Guild plan to publicly execute Garp.
Blackbeard and Cross Guild make the agreement to destroy the Marines/WG/Celestial Dragons, then split the world in half.
Kuzan went to scout Punk Hazard for the Galleila Giants when he fought Doffy. Kuzan and Mihawk go to Elbaph to recruit Loki. Mihawk/Imu lore, while Kuzan tries to kidnap Robin so Straw Hats don't have Poneglyph reader. Saul Kuzan interactions.
Kuzan offers to give Loki Galleila Giants if he joins Black Cross Guild. Kuzan reveals Teach is Rocks' son. Kuzan successfully kidnaps Robin, and reveals to her he is Sword, and wants to work with her. Teach tells Robin about Davy Jones, and reveals Eris is related to Robin. Robin and Teach are related. Teach tells Robin he wants to work with Luffy. Robin refuses.
Loki joins Cross Guild as a mercenary, and befriends Buggy.
Buggy and Loki eventually ally when Loki learns Buggy is Rocks' son, too, and Loki realizes Teach is following his own Will, not Rocks' Will. They bond over losing their fathers.
Blackbeard and Cross Guild have a pact to attack Wano for Pluton. Cross Guild wants military might in a Utopia. Wano is a paradise now.
The problem is Caribou doesn't know Pluton will destroy Wano's borders and open up the country. Blackbeard and Cross Guild don't know they have to choose between Pluton, or Wano as a natural fortress. Once they realize the borders will be destroyed, Cross Guild and Blackbeard's alliance dies, and they fight over Pluton.
Buggy decides to fight for Oden's homeland, and has his hero moment.
CP0: Lucci and CP0 are in thick shit for Stussy being a spy without them knowing, and their total failures at Egghead and Marijoa. They get a do or die mission: kidnap Hiyori. Apoo leaked info about Wano to Morgans.
Guess who likes blue haired princesses. Imu knew Toki, and orders CP0 to kidnap her daughter, Hiyori. Lucci already kidnapped Vivi, another blue haired princess Imu is crazy for.
By kidnapping Hiyori, Imu can blackmail Wano.
CP9 was supposed to get Pluton to begin with. During their operation, Blackbeard invades.
CP0 ordered to kidnap Robin back from Teach.
Odds and ends
-Robin and Vivi team up over Pluton.
-Brook's Sword eats Carmel's Fruit when he and Sanji exorcise Carmel from Linlin. Linlin and Brook get married.
-WG can invade Wano now that Imu is active.
-Not sure if Kuzan will tell the WG about Pluton. I think he'll tell Marine rebels in the Marines
-Kurouma is Kuro in a fat suit.
-Zoro's father Arashi died fighting pirates. The Beast Pirates. ZKK with Domi Kaido. Zoro's Wado eats the Seiryu Fruit.
-Toki's Fruit incarnates in front of Hiyori when she needs to eat it.
-Carrot and Katakuri hit it off. Rabbit Moon Mochi myth. Katakuri makes Mochi Moon to create Sulong. Katakuri returns Pedro's corpse.
-Like God Valley pirates fight, until Imu shows up, and then unite.
-Linlin makes Homie out of Kaido's Soul. Also Homie out of Onigashima's skeleton with Luffy's soul, Oars callback.
-Oden and others return as Spirits. Ghosts of Wano.
-Kaido lifts Ragnir
-I think Marco and Kizaru die. Chopper's Hat eats Marco's Fruit, Sanji's Sora Knight of tge Sea Raid Suit he gets from Lilith eats Kizaru's Fruit.
-Franky, Loki, and Galleila build a new Pluton. Franky memorized the OG Blueprints. Teach steals the first.
-Post Arc Giants and Straw Hats get Seastone weapons.
-Lots of death. No banquet, IMO.
-Lilith and Chopper help heal SMILES.
-Koby and Sabo work together to save Garp.
-Hiyori x Yamato
I won't reiterate my other theories regarding other characters, this is the new stuff. Mostly.
Edit: forgot one big point. Once Teach steals the Labophase, York, and the Seraphim from Marijoa, and destroys it, Imu will order the full WG to invade Wano.
We'll see the full god's knights deploy.
And Kong lead the Military/Marines into battle.
Chaton and Momousagi will also be important here. Momousagi's name is it combination of Momo, and usagi. Which means rabbit. Expect Momousagi to side with Carrot and Momo at some point.

The only reason that theory existed is because people couldn’t remember how to spell Ryokugyu lol. He’s the only Admiral that the community more commonly refers to by their English translation (Green Bull). Almost everyone just refers to Akainu, Aokiji, Kizaru, and Fujitora by their Japanese translations (no one says Yellow Monkey instead of Kizaru for example). Because of that, it was more in your face that Ryokugyu (Green Bull) is named after an animal.
I mean, Kuzan didn't became evil. There's still his dialogue with Smoker in PH and Oda shows enphasis on his though face after capturing Garp. Btw there's still the panel of Imu's silhuoette in Kuzan glasses( idk it was intentional from Oda).
