I think that Loki fighting Shamrock in the final war would make a lot of sense. Shamrock not only nearly killed Loki, but he also taunted him and challenged Loki to seek him out. Would be weird if this had no payoff.

And there’s also the fact that we have hard confirmation that the old Nidhogg’s main enemy was the Hellfire Serpent instead of Imu.

I also don’t think it’s a coincidence that Loki and Shamrock were the first two characters to show off Mythical Zoan weapons

Hmmm I highly, highly doubt Loki/Shamrock are either of these things. Honestly Shamrock has no f***ing reason for existing other than Oda being too much of a pussy to make Saint Shanks overly evil (YET)

Tbh, I just dislike the idea of two Kaiju's fighting in OP, but besides that, Shamrock and Loki interacting would be pretty fire

We at least got some okay dialogue/fighting from Loki and Imu, and unlike Imu, Shamrock doesn't seem to be a total cringelord with Zolo opponent tier dialogue

But there was lightning depicted on the mural as well.
And kids drawing it is just speculation by Ripley. The reason wasn't even the art, but because it depicted giants working with humans.

Loki despite his name is inspired by Thor more than anything who in the mythology fights Jormungandr. That's definitely him fighting that Serpent in the mural.
