Maybe? Like, Nusjuro got pushed back a bit by it, long enough to let Jimbei and Zoro get on the ship at least.........BUT there were a few huge asterisks next to that.
Namely the fact that Zoro got thrown ar him with Jimbei's named technique, Zoro was using a named technique, Nusjuro was mid-air with no leverage about to attack the Sunny and only saw it coming right before Zoro attacked, AND it was a one handed no name block. And even still Zoro got sent flying back as well, arguably worse than Nusjuro (the only reason he stopped when he did was Jimbei caught him as he was blasted back). So if you were to tell me an on guard Mihawk could fully block a similar attack without even having to use Yoru, I would believe it, I guess?

He is in his devil Df form , he is already healed there is no blood coming out of his mouth and he also casually healed from Loki's strongest attack.
Imu likely have a time limit on how long he can touch some grass and get direct sunlight. He asked sommers to act quickly and bummers ran off to somewhere to do something.

Yeah, because he has likely a timelimit, not because of other things.
The only difference is that Imu probably felt pain when he teleported.

The only agendaposting is trying to treat those two things differently.

This is like saying Whitebeard wasn’t nerfed in Marineford except for the moments he was having a heart attack.
If Loki or Imu are nerfed, meaning they cannot go out 100%, he'll say It.
Until he does, I won't consider both Loki or Imu being 50% of what they could do.
