My take too, based on his speedster portrayal, Pre-Ts, and he was the single Blackbeard pirate who is not working in a team (even Kuzan does) but does Solo missions, which is a sanji trait

But people are, for some reason, touchy about it. I think because its encrouches on other crews headcanon 1vs1 fights, which are not even guranteed (i would say only truly BB vs Luffy, Shiryu vs Zoro and Usopp vs Van Augur (see Jaya scene) are locked in to even get 1vs1 so far)

I dont feel strongly about it tbh, is just my guess on what i said especially after the recent scene at mary joa

There was no need to have Luffy and Loki defeat Sommers or Killingham being off-paneled like that. Now no matter how much he tries they'll appear as fodder to most. This is similar to what happened to Sanji after the TS

This being said, I'd love Sanji vs Sommers, and Sanji vs Killingham could be good too.
