Why everyone is considering that Ragnir > Roger rather than Ragnir’s ice being an hax ability not related to strength ?

Which is why I think that trying to scale OP characters to irl lightspeed is dumb. Maybe Kizaru is light speed in Oda’s head, but does Oda really understand how fast light is? Does he know that it’s 299,792,458 m/s?
