I still believe that Lucci killed Kuina.

Lucci committed his massacre of the soldiers and pirates 17 years ago.

Kuina died 11 years ago. Lucci would have been 19, same age as Zoro when he set out.

Luffy's Fruit was stolen by Shanks 13 years ago. The WG would have been active in the east blue looking for that fruit when Kuina died.
