Not entirely wrong, but tbf, you do have to account that MF is pretty stacked with characters, and that just isn't Odas strength, which is why half the Marines/warlords don't do much significant in the arc.

Sengoku was pressuring the entire BBP for a bit, if he ever gets written into the modern story, he's going to have feats making it obvious Luffy surviving him was kind of plot.

I think Sengoku's Fruit is damaging to evil, but is weak against people with pure heart.

Since it's the Buddha Fruit, it makes sense that it is designed to fight against evil.

Since Luffy is pure hearted, the fruit didn't do much to him.

If Oda is going to have Sanji fight Zaza, I think Odas explanation will be that Zaza has no sentience or mind of its own therefore it’s more akin to an animal than a person. I still think it’s a big if and oda will find a way to have Sanji save the kids but not hurt Zaza

Japanese does not have gendered nouns. There is a separate word for goddess, but the Japanese don't use it when referring to deities, even when it's understood they're female.

Zaza appears female and likely is.

Sanji is probaly going to struggle because of that.
