I never believed Gunkoimu was a credible villain, people still don't understand Oda if they really thought he was going to draw his MC punching the shit out of a pretty woman (even more after it turned out that she's poor victim of brainwashing)

To me she just didn't have villain level aura.

If Oda is going to have Sanji fight Zaza, I think Odas explanation will be that Zaza has no sentience or mind of its own therefore it’s more akin to an animal than a person. I still think it’s a big if and oda will find a way to have Sanji save the kids but not hurt Zaza

I still think it will be a Big Mom type situation in that Sanji has to attack to offset Zaza's strikes. So he still isnt hitting a lady so to speak. However, I think Sanji will refuse to perform a killing blow on Zaza, which will trigger Killingham manifesting Sanji's nightmare, i.e. his Stealth Black alter-ego. We then get a flashback of Sanji and Gaban's conversation in which Gaban reveals that Sanji's personality is split between two separate entities and only until he conquer's both halves will he be able to realise his potential. Sanji then activates his exo-mode but instead of just the eyebrow change Sanji's hair becomes black. Sanji then destroys both the Stealth Black MMA and Killingham in the process which causes Zaza to demineralise.
