Really? Iroh, Zuko, Roku, Azulon, Ozai, Kuzan are all very Japanese sounding. They just didn’t have any surnames in that show.

Well I think you are forgetting that Season 3 Sokka trained with Piandao who was a legendary swordsman and a member of the White Lotus

Sokka doesn’t really have any big 1v1 victories but this guy was a beast and he trained Sokka to fight in the end

And that episode ended with emphasizing that Sokka's quick thinking and resourcefulness were his strong points, not his straight up combat skill. He spent most of that fight doing stuff like tossing dust in Piandao's eyes and cutting the bamboo to slow Piandao down.

Like how Usopp wins most of his fights by outsmarting his opponents rather than overpowering them

1. Zeus - who can tell about God Valley and Rocks

2. Gunko - who can tell a lot of interesting things about Imu

3. Ragnir - who can tell about Nika and ancient times

4. Big Owl - who can tell a lot of lore in the librarry

5. Gaban - who can tell a lot of thing about Roger's team

I cant wait for all of this information in the end of arc
