Sometimes yes and sometimes no, Brook getting another flashback was always a possibility, don't be a salty bitch that he is getting one.
Nope as a Brook fan, it's nice seeing him get some love, and get more major character focus.

I guess we will have to wait and see if this Brook flashback will give us any major lore or not, or if it's only going to be focused on just Brook's history.
If someone is a Brook fan, they are going to like this flashback because it gives more major focus on Brook and learning about his past.
However those that don't care for Brook or wants to see some major lore in the flashback but gets nothing, then yeah this flashback is going to be boring and pointless.
