The Puppetmaster made Waterbending the clear best bending style. Bloodbending speaks for itself, but being able to pull water out of plants and the humidity also gave waterbending a massive buff. I think Moria got Oars corpse from Elbaph to begin with, after he lost to Kaido in Wano.

I belive Toko and Perona are related.

I think Moria might want Harald's corpse, or other corpses from the country. Jorul as well.

We don't have any information about the giants burial rites, do we? This theory is dead in the water if they cremate their dead.

Since I think Cross Guild and Blackbeard are going to ally, I could see Moria joining Cross Guild but then rebelling over them attacking Wano.

Perona flees to warn the Straw Hats what's happening, and begs them to rescue Moria.
