Nobody wants to know about Brook's past, much less Gunko's, who nobody knew existed before this arc.

The vast majority want to see the fight between Imu and Loki.

Are you kidding me, Oda? Leaving the best and biggest fight in the manga so far offscreen to show the past of a character that no reader wants to know about.

Someone call Oda, readers want to see the fight between Imu and Loki and their variety of attacks. Show the flashback when they are sailing to another island.

Look how many comments the last chapter had, not even 1/3 of the last chapters.
Nobody cares about a flashback of a character introduced now, someone Brook never mentioned and now becomes relevant? Especially in the middle of the main fight.

You're just the minority, accept it.

So I'm gathering that the whole "Brook has a thing for the Queen" bit is just meant to be a mirror to Gunko's little crush on him? The adult who is disinterested and doesn't take their antics seriously, because they've known and taken care of them for most of their life? At least thats what I'm getting from his immediate reaction to meeting Candel and his interactions with Gunko this chapter.

Sidenote, Gunko throwing a sword at the back of his head when he basically ignored her to seemingly go flirt with other women (I kinda want to see the translation of those panels. Lol) did actually get a chuckle out of me.

Also, how tf did Brook end up tied to a chair and beat to shit by Marines and.....whoever tf those other guys were?
