Powers & Abilities Imu in Elbaf is impressive but not enough impressive

Nothing about Imu is Impressive tbh, the highlight of the fight is understanding how Omen/Abyss works, not showcasing New Level of Power.
Compare it to Introduction of Enel or Magellan or Admirals or WB ... etc there is no knowledge needed, it doesn't matter if you read all books in existence & witness every event, it won't help you change the fact that it's freaking Lightning & Poison & Light & Magma & Earthquakes ... etc
Just "Run". But with Imu & his Puppets, it's always about what is this Circle? what is this Flame? How did He summon those weapons? Why didn't my Haki work? How do I kill them?

Why do you think Oda chose Elbaph to be Imu's Target? Because just like Luffy told Crocodile, He took Water from Arabasta which turned out to be key to defeating him, same goes for Enel who took Shandian's Gold & was later used to defeat him, same for Moria where Luffy used shadows to turn tables against him,

What did Holy Knights try to take away from Elbaph? Their Library & Ancient Knowledge, that literally means that Imu's Counter is gonna be in those Books, the gap between Imu & Top Tiers is just some questions that need to be answered, after that They all can face him.

I agree. I am disappointed about Imu to be honest. Screaming for Joy Boy in the middle of the fight was lame also.

If Oda made Loki + Luffy vs Imu that would've been better. But now, it looks like Loki will tire Imu, then probably Luffy will save the day. Similar to Law + Luffy vs Doflamingo fight, or similar to Rooftop battle.

Though if Imu wins that could save face little bit but we will see.

Did Kaido retreat across the ocean when the Samurai looked him in the eye? Did Kizaru retreat across the ocean when Sanji looked him in the eye?
If Blackbeard retreat he wouldn't capture 500 marines and Hero Koby later while 2 Seraphims were on the same island lmao.

Rayleigh admitted Teach would beat him if they fight, Teach's crew was taken hostage prevented him beating Rayleigh as he admitted. So it's that simple.

Because Rayleigh cared about Teach capturing Marines??? Lol

Nah, Rayleigh told bitchboi Yawnco Teach to
Keep his hands off Handcock and run crying back to the new world, and Teach did exactly that. Lol

:Ryo_Think:

1. Rayleigh speculated because he is a humble character, we saw Gaban humiliate Nika on panel, Yawnco are 100 year old man victims

2. You really can’t defend the Yawnco here, if Teach could beat Rayleigh then hostages don’t matter. Did hostages prevent Teach from beating Hancock? No lol, it’s clear Teach knew he was about to get destroyed by a 100 year old nursing home patient

Because he’s not the final villain. I’m not sure how people still aren’t realizing it
Kinyagi, the sad truth is the final villain is going to be mid in the same way, even if it isn´t Imu, as long as Oda is dumb about not killing anyone.

Oda gave Imcel more than most anyway. He literally possessed a character like Rocks and made him his minion. It´s pretty much the broken devil fruit we´ve ever seen. He also canonically has the best haki ever, we´ve had like three characters straight up say it

The manga???

Imu's attitude in the fight, Gaban's statement regarding Imu's haki
Imu is not portrayed significantly more stronger than Loki lmao, that's the problem. Loki even damaged him. Shanks already beat Loki and Imu is struggling.
If you think Loki is too weak to damage a Shanks level fighter IDK what to say lol

This is honestly the worst situation for Teach possible. The fact that Rayleigh thinks he wouldn´t be able to win ¨these days¨

meanwhile. prime Rayleigh wasn´t even allowed to sniff Imu, and his entire crew called it quits when they learned the truth about him
Roger was literally dying during their last mission lmao, don't spread that nonsense of "quit".

Also all other pirates were after Pirate King as well, it wasn't just government they were going to fight, they have to fight basically everyone at that point after being Pirate King.

That's also why Oda put Imu in a smaller panel than the Emperors:

That's why it's most likely that the government will fall before finding One Piece. Because once they find One Piece, all other other pirates will attack them as well, they have to beat Imu before finding One Piece.

Which is why Oda revealed Imu this early.

You said he "retreat", retreat where? He was still on the same island doing his own business while 2 Seraphims couldn't stop him from kidnapping Marines.

It's simple;

- Rayleigh told Teach if he doesn't kill Hancock, he will give his 2 commanders and other pirates back.
- Teach accepted the deal.
- He also kidnapped Marines not only took his 2 commanders back, it was a better deal than trying to kill Rayleigh.
- Rayleigh admits if they didn't have hostages, he would lose.
