The Great Trial > Is Reloaded Allowed to Leave the Loki Fan Club!? #FreeRELOADED

#81
@Sir Yasheen , @AL sama
Your Honor, neither Starbound nor Reborn have been called to the stand or instructed to say anything.
I therefore ask for order in the courtroom; they are not witnesses and were called by the defense.

Which brings me to the next point. Where is the defense's evidence?
Is that all there is?
Defense:
@Rej
@Bepo D. Bear
@DarkestKnightofSpoilers
@Dickie D. Dick

Your arguments have been completely torn apart so far.
Where is this supposedly amazing evidence that is supposed to incriminate my client?
This trial has been a farce and utterly ridiculous so far, especially due to the poor work of the defense.

My team is doing great work and here, we are clearly demonstrating that Reloaded has every right to leave the Loki fan club.

Your honors, is anything else happening here? Because if nothing is going on, then I might also present the evidence from the Gunko fanclub.

About that our boy Reloki had some ideas about that in the past before .
This is our Official Response to that,from back then .

@AL sama @Sir Yasheen
Your Honors,

The prosecution would like to thank Mr. DarkestKnightofSpoilers for providing this document.
Because, ironically, it serves as some of the strongest evidence presented thus far in favor of our case.
Let us examine the facts and talk about them in two parts:

Part 1:

The defense openly acknowledges that Mr. Reloaded submitted a resignation.
The defense openly acknowledges that departure from the fandom is generally a personal choice.
The defense openly acknowledges that support for Loki4Nakama is not mandatory.
The defense openly acknowledges that disagreement is accepted within the fandom.
And yet, after acknowledging all of these principles, the defense arrives at the following conclusion:

"Your resignation is not formally accepted at this time."

Your Honors, this is the very definition of arbitrary authority.
Mr. Reloaded was not asking for permission.
He was informing them of his decision.
One does not require approval to leave a fandom.
A fandom is not a government.
It is not a prison.
It is not a life sentence.

The defense claims that Mr. Reloaded's "longstanding involvement" and "attachment to Loki" justify denying his resignation.
I ask the court:
Since when does being a dedicated member of a community remove one's right to leave it?

Part 2:
If anything, it should strengthen that right.
The defense further argues that Mr. Reloaded is an "exception."
Your Honors, rights that only exist when convenient are not rights at all.
They are privileges granted by those in power.
And that is exactly what we see here.

The Loki leadership has effectively stated:
"Everyone may leave... except the person who wants to leave."

That is not freedom.
That is ownership.

The prosecution therefore submits this document as Exhibit A:
Proof that Mr. Reloaded expressed his desire to leave.
Proof that the Loki leadership recognized that desire.
And proof that they chose to deny it.

Thank you.

Yesterday I received a pm in which a certain person asked me to not speak anything further on the evidence and in return I will receive due favors.

I am not part of the case and I have strict principle of not bending my knee to corruption so bringing the matter into the light.
The prosecution keeps talking about freedom while allegedly trying to silence random bald citizens. Smh @Tyki_Mikk

Show me a rule in this country(Worstgen)that states a furry isn't allowed to have a will of their own to freely decide what they want to do, including the freedom to join and leave a club!?

What a question, if there is no rule against it, there shouldn´t be a rule against it.
Or do you need a rule saying "dickie D.Dick is allowed to write in general threads" too?

The defense team using childish arguments, my honors.

The defense is clearly emotionally and mentally compromised, posting AI of a tragically deceased bear, to falsely claim they are still alive.

I'm worried @Bepo D. Bear is losing their grip on reality. It would be unfair to @DarkestKnightofSpoilers , to allow them to continue to be served by someone either intentionally lying, or in need of a small break. The tragedy of the great Dolphin Bear war continues to haunt us.

This is a fair argument.

I suggest we shave the heads of everyone here.

Is truly a court of equal law, if some people here have hair, and other's don't?

My plans to steal the courtroom's hair, stitch them together into a hair monster, and then summon Mrs. Reloaded's Soul into the hair monster are going swimmingly, mwahahahahahaha

No one here even suspects I work for the Czar Baldy Bald IV... mweheheheheheh
