Sanji has been so good in Elbaph, that I'm waiting for Oda to screw him over somehow.
I've been pushing Jinbe vs Zaza and Sanji vs Killingham, since I don't think Sanji will be able to fight Zaza.
But, I also think there's a good possibility Sanji manages to win over Zaza's heart.
Killingham said he couldn't control Zaza, and we know little of their existence besides why the Celestial Dragons fear them.
Keep in mind Killingham is a Mythical Zoan, and is using his power to summon the apparition of an actual God.
We are really in a weird place, where we don't know what the heck Zaza is going to be like. Will she have memories of the actual Zaza?
If this is the case... it's possible, that Zaza knew one of Sanji's ancestors. She's dressed much like Vivi and Nami when Sanji was flirting with them in Alabasta.
We still need to explore the history of Sanji's family, and how they became evil.

So, I think, when Jinbe hurts Zaza... Sanji is going to attack Jinbe. This ridiculous act will infuriate the crew, but, infatuate Zaza, and turn them onto his side.

If Killingham has a hard time controlling Zaza, and Sanji does something to get on her good side, she could very well be an ally.
My ideal hope would be for Zaza to become a Nami Clima-Tact buddy, and someone survive the closure of the nightmare holes.
