- the whole country was living in fear because of the CD onboard.
- Candelle fell ill because of the stress the CD brought to the kingdom, according to Brook.
- Candelle got married to Leuven after she got better.
- Shuri was born
- once she turned 15 a fog that spread disease and ruined the musical economy struck the kingdom
- Candelle died
- Esperia couldn't pay the yearly tribute because of the ruined economy.
- Leuven declares war on WG because they demanded 1000 slaves as compensation.
- WG invades
- Domi Shuri kills Leuven

I highly doubt this dude in the background is going to be anything more than the CD that adopts Gunko. This is taking place about 63 years ago so this dude either got promoted to Gorosei or dead and since he doesn’t look like any of the Gorosei, I’m going to assume dead.
