JJK has faster facing , more dynamic fights , more unorthodox fights and is less straight forward.

Bleach has better world building comparatively speaking, better characters, and is longer giving it the edge over JJK.

Give JJK 150-200 more chapters and it may surpass bleach but as it is bleach is better mainly due to longevity imo.

He can draw good fights though and bleach is a battle manga foremost. I think it had potential to surpass bleach with one big arc. As of now at best they are comparable. Bleach has edge no doubt.
