But what Luffy can do now is just silly cartoon stuff compared to the multitude of Imu's power, though. He's immortal, he can posses his bearers wherever he wants, he can regenerate, he has a magic fire then can do virtually anything, he can conjure grimoires and pentagrams, he can teleport...

It's just way too much shit.

The only thing he has used in this fight has been making himself bigger, and making projectiles/weapons using omen.
Like, there’s nothing that crazy by op standards going on in this fight.

Thunder Bagua is an attack.
Zoro shishisonson is simply looks like Sasuke Rinnegan swap ability.

But neither Kaidou or Zoro moves like actually fast characters, like Sanji, Nasujuro types.

Cause the traditional sense of attack speed is the speed rate to repeat an attack at least twice.. Not the speed of the attack, but since this is One Piece, characters can launch sudden attacks from a relatively short distance without being in close range at incredible speed.. So maybe you're right and Attack Speed takes a whole other meaning..

I just replied to another post, but Luffy just manipulates objects in a cartoon way. Imu can give other people powers, he can turn people into devils, he is immortal, he can conjure things like grimoires and runes, he has an all-purpose magic power. It's just way too much faff.
