Not like it matter because blood scaling is stupid and of course it hardly did any damage .

Which most likely happen here , hell Imu does not even have blood or marks on his face that loki gave him a while ago .
Also Oda use Imu has a white eyes which he does to show off the attack .

People having base luffy so low was stupid to being with when he has all of the advance forms of haki .
He not going beat anyone is base but doing some damage or make them bleed would be easy .

This actually isnt a bad point from Worstgen. Would even make sense, since we first saw this arc that Luffy can do individual G4 attacks in Base now. Though in reality its probably just Oda not thinking through the size scaling. Lol.
