Current Luffy is definitely the strongest he’s ever been. I’ve said for a while the reason Wano Luffy seemed stronger than Egghead Luffy was because he ate months worth of food prior to fighting Kaido, but I don’t think he’s going to his normal self which is weaker than Kizaru as we saw to stronger than Rox and Harald. That would be a truly ridiculous gap of strength

Before xebec got turned, he had a shot at proxy imu , with roger garp etc they all did no damage. is a base luffy punch stronger than alll that?????
