Sanji trains his legs way more than Zoro, so he'd probably mid diff him at worst. The strength behind the thrusts matters a lot.
Although size matters for this too but I see them as being around the same size. About 6 or 7 inches.

yeh but its basically a slight Powerup it basically just round1 Luffy vs Kaido and Round 2 Luffy like it takes just knowledge to not wast it anymore. Sanji most likly will not wast it from the start because he will never be conflicted what he is using and knows fully well when he gets coc
