I have said this before.
Gaban uses Axe and Haki, so the only vertical investment of conqueror made sense.
Sanji uses body modification and Flames. Completely different power system. And he can surpass him with that too.

Considering how the Gorosei can channel Imu's power through themselves, do you really think they actually have Conqueror's Haki of their own, or can they just channel Imu's own through them?

Let’s compare Sanji vs Mihawk real Quick since randoms believe he deserves Conqueror’s vs an actual demon like Sanji

I’ll ask but two questions:

1. Would Sanji postpone a fight with any of his opponents or would he continue to throw hands until he wins or loses? (or feet i guess)

2. If Sanji had to fight any of the emperor’s (besides big mom for obvious reasons) would he sweat or hesitate? (Even though he didn’t hesitate vs someone vastly superior to them)

Did you even read what I said?
Basic Haki out of time skip was neccesary but that isn't what made his ifrit jambe.
Speed, exoskeleton was the major part.
His CoA been stagnant since Post time skip.
Learn to read.
His power ups are majorly rekated to flames for body enchancements.
