Well, the word for it, Haoushoku, really translated more to simply being like a King then an actual Conqueror, which is where I feel where the concept gets kinda askew. Because there are people who would be considered great and powerful rulers who never actually start wars. As a Conqueror, well....conquers.

You know Luffy's Haki doesn't get stronger if he uses G4? He just combines CoA and rubber properties. Same way Sanji coats his exoskeleton with Haki to make his leg tough enough to support the hotter flames. IJ wouldn't work without this Haki + exoskeleton PU. He'd burn his own leg...

His output does increases.
Learn how gear 4 works. Luffy uses all his Haki at once for gear 4. More haki is poured into each strike. That's why luffy goes inti cookdown of not being able to use haki after using gear 4.

Again same dumb argument. Why not just give him Stronger Haki, because that's what would happen if he unlocks conqueror. What was the entire point of exoskeleton.
