What can i say oda gave the guy two strong af df powers. I don't expect him to just aimlessly use up coc when his two fruits will counter most in the verse. Most who aim for the top have kingly ambition... sanji isn't aiming for anything at the top but as stated by gaban if luffy is to be pk sanji also needs to unlock it. I just think ur betting against a losing battle, we have so many more potential coc users coming now. If you ask me as far as kaido goes he doubted himself in the end and that mattered... his little mini flashback right at the end told us that looking a bit deeper imo since he was waiting for joyboy and he knew he would be defeated by joyboy but thats just my conclusion on that fight.

Not sure why mihawk has to show proficiency i never really understood this
1. Oda told us zoro goal is a kingly ambition in wano, mihawk has achieved that goal. How can zoro pursuit of the goal be a kingly ambition for him but mihawk aiming for and achieving that same goal is not a kingly ambition for him?
2.Only using Zoro with incomplete coc haki he permanently scarred kaido,defeated a lunarian with superior defense to kaido, Got serious and clapped lucci using adv coc and now currently he will grow stronger with his coc in this arc and defeat a holy knight. All these feats mihawk can do better than zoro.
3.Personally sure im down for it being coc related, but i think its more so the sword/swordsman becoming one. Using ryuma as my base we know that he had legendary moments 1.pushing the wg away 2.slaying the dragon over tha capital. The ryuma anime remake gave him shusui which made me think that ryuma had to make his black blade when he defended wano. Considering enma now it drained zoro ryou. Zoro comes to the conclusion he must go all out with his blades tp satisfy it. Imagine ryuma going all out with his blade fighting countless battles to push the wg back so much so that he is near death exausting his haki. Instead of Shusui breaking or killing ryuma it wants to continue fighting with ryuma forever so maybe its akin to the sword giving up its will and wanting to be with ryuma forever so it turns black,and is unbreakable allowing ryuma to essentially fight longer and harder without wasting any excess ryou on defense only needing application for massive cuts.

So i have no problem with you extrapolating stuff, but holding that strongly to favorites in powerscaling will just make Zoro fans disappointed. WB can't be the strongest forever. Luffy just beaten WSC's strongest attack with his own without ever being called WSC, Loki and Imu have no strongest title, Oda have no clear power structure, so WSS title is definitely not something absolute or worthy for fans to believe in.

But the fact that he, Sanji AND Zoro took so long to even have it Hinted at is disgusting bad writing by Oda
Oda portrays CoC as something that people can feel even if you haven't unlocked it yet
Yet for Example Sanji never had it hinted at untill maybe Punk Hazard if you wanna count him leading the G5 Marines through charisma
