Bro, Kizaru spent an entire arc getting worked by Yonko Luffy and still couldn’t show a single black lightning streak. It’s never been this painfully obvious that Kizaru, just like the rest of the admirals, doesn’t have ACoC.
It's one thing for a guy like Sanji, who's only in his early twenties, to awaken it. It's another for some old bearded dude like Kizaru, 58 years old and supposedly in his prime, to have an entire arc to show it, and all he manages to prove is how inferior he is to Yonko Luffy, who didn't even take him as seriously as he took Imu or Kaido.
