Is the deadline for the council vote eod1?
Is it ever evolving and we can switch the council members each day?
Do we refill the council after a tragic death befalls the master of ships?

Can the master of ships only be responsible for setting ship names for people that have strong town reads on each other? (So called townships)

He didn't give an exact number so I wonder if we can vote for 5 since that is the number. It would be silly to allow us to vote for the entire 25.
