Flower strikes me as that type of player who tries to not overly appear towny so that whenever she doesnt get a town role she won't be read immidiatly by 'you sound different this game' and can play her usual middle gameplay. Like she says some things that sound towny but also some suspicious things like about her role that makes me not fully trust her.
But ye someone who played with her before can confirm if that might be true or not.

Then I have an issue with Flower’s partial role reveal, what the actual point of doing that especially this early in the game
If scum duel her they waste an ability
Town would not duel her randomly early on, there has to be some sort of case

Now if she is town, scum will wonder about her role, duel immune potentially means valuable role, which makes her an important target

So back to my question

I don't think its that deep, in other games I've seen people try to get rid of her early etc. I think this was just a open defense play really to let potential townies know not to waste their abilities.

I don't think its that deep, in other games I've seen people try to get rid of her early etc. I think this was just a open defense play really to let potential townies know not to waste their abilities.

She actually cares a lot about being townread.
I think a big reason why she evolved the silly meta of claiming something role-related d1 is because it makes her life easier and gets her townread.
Some people prefer to play in the shadows. Flower wants to control the game out in the open.

She mimics that game as scum, which can be tricky, and the art (to me) is finding the partners she is townreading.
(me questioning her early ginger read was exactly that)
And the moments when her mech slips up.
And when she somehow does not die.

If someone wants to get rid of her they will find other means to do so
If she is town, an important one at that, then it’s a blunder
If she’s scum, well..
I’d like to hear from you @Flower, can’t just thank jag and move on. When you put into perspective the amount of experience she has playing these games then it can be that deep of a plot
Otherwise I don’t see why people are eager to put you in the council
