I always randomly fall asleep on the couch at around 11pm. Then it’s so uncomfortable I wake up at 1 or 2 again. And I‘m too tired to move to my bed but also it’s too uncomfortable to sleep again. So I‘m in a half awake half asleep state for multiple hours until it’s morning. Pretty fun. Issue is it happens so suddenly that I can’t really do anything to prevent that. So if I‘m already tired it’s actually good so I can just go to bed.
Those people are a danger and should not be allowed on the street without supervision.
The worst sleeping habit I ever had was falling asleep in cars because I was used to sitting in the back of a car for one hour drives at 5 am for work stuff during 20 hour shifts.
Because of that for years whenever I sat down in a car as a passenger I fell asleep within minutes.
Really annoying when you are driving around with friends or family and it is only two people in the car.
