I believe that we will see Luffy struggling against Imu. The zoro and Sanji will kill Summer and Killingham and the repercussions of that will weaken Imu. At that moment Luffy will get the upper hand but Imu still manages to escape.

Btw this is like the third sword Imu conjured after Nemesis and Stigma

there is also sword of wrath gram when he blocked loki s lighting strike

Loki held his own against Imu for far longer without ever using his hybrid form

On paper Loki is definitely sitting at a higher level than Luffy and even after a powerup at best they’d be equal depending on how strong Loki’s hybrid is

This very well could still end up being a 2v1

Predicted this from the getgo last chap:

Luffy lost against Kaido multiple times and yet still looked infinitely better than Yamato who didn't lose once. Loki, as the Yamato of this arc, will do Yamato things and stall Imu while Luffy does all the real work and looks vastly better as a result. It's obvious to anyone with a pair of functioning eyes but since you insist on looking like a moron until reality slaps you in the face, there's not much that can be done for you.

Very wishful thinking, get ready for the dark times ahead.

Apparently not smart enough to read my post that you quoted, I never denied Luffy needing multiple rounds against Imu. Luffy is going to end the arc looking superior to Loki, nothing has changed.

• In the color spread we see the Straw Hat crew underwater. - no info
• Luffy transforms into a genie using Gear 5 and fights Imu. - kinda info
• We also see Joy Boy in one of Imu's memories and his smile looks a lot like Luffy’s. - one panel
• At the end of the chapter, Imu stabs Luffy after transforming the spear he is holding into a sword called Void exactly like Crocodile's stabbing Luffy. - last page
• Imu tells Luffy at the end of the chapter that he knows Luffy is not Joy Boy, because Joy Boy would never be this weak. -last page

It's nice to get spoilers and at the same time almost not get any.
