I'm working towards a PoE of Polar, RippedCal, Worst, bittersweet. Possibly York, too, I did not quite like that easily-distributed townread on me. I played with York twice, and she was town and she was each time pushing me.
If Polar flips town, then I made a mistake in my interpretation of events d1. Because if Polar is a scum, then I think CFDers into Polar are towny. If he's town then town has wagoned 3 townies (I don't think Melkor is scum tbh) and that means scum is controlling the thread, then I'd be looking into Flower in addition to that. But that's moving forward a bit.

In the game we played together Fuji, Shanks, Worst and me were a pro Town Indie faction and we played extremely well and only lost because scum had a lynchpin role which was confirmed to be in the game that Town needed alive (well, Worst saw through that anyway).
So I could buy it being a genuine thought, just that it looks a bit like appeasement.

Well I am not sure it indicates much about Jaguar but I do like the theory that after polar claimed to be healer and if he is mafia it could be a good idea to poison someone to make his claim more believable.
His healer claim is honestly atm the only thing that I was seeing in his favor for being towny while the suspicios points I had about him yesterday still stand, like him trying to be non conoftrontional at the start of the game and feeling like he is not sharing his thoughts freely, also ye his timing for the rr felt very scummy.

What I remember from Melkor's scumgame (Fire Emblem)? was that he was throwing plenty of quite far-fetched shades during the first phase and multiple people. This game he's quite different if you look at it.
When Worst was saying that Melkor is obviously the lynch because "his defense was scummy!", then I had a closer look. I noticed that he was mostly distributing townreads left and right. I think it's more in his towny meta.
