Another very important part you are missing is the sub.
Voting dio d1 is free, agreed. Having a sub 2 hours before EoD makes voting the slot when you have no hard read very awkward.

Dio was a dead leftover wagon at the time, and the big problem was that only people not voting dio were around to shift wagons.

the flower vote is in orcas favor btw not being mafia also because if he was PBs partner, it would have been better for Orca just to stay on Dio to make sure Dio will be most likely majored and PB can't get enough votes to even get into the danger zone so close to eod, when he voted flower he left PB open for that possibility, even if he did switch back to Dio right after
