Usopp is gonna get a moment. He sensed Luffy so oda is obviously building something up for him. Fans have been ground down so much that they would even take a "moment" as a win for Usopp.

But don't get gaslight, Usopp fans were claiming Elbaph would be his ARC, expecting the main plot to revolve around him. He has been so insignificant, the Arc is so much bigger than him. Imu, Rocks, Loki, Gaban, God Valley, the Harley etc.

That's not to mention the other plots of Sanji, Robin, Zoro, Brook etc.

Usopp at best is just going to be another Straw Hat getting a good moment. A far cry from expectations, regardless of how much people try to rewrite history.
