I don't even understand what you're trying to argue. Like, do you believe they have the same physical strength? They're both using Omen, or Maki or whatever, but nothing tells us that they're using the same amount, and Imu has the canonically strongest Haki in the series(essentially). Do you mean without including Haki? Even then, it's kind of baseless.

I agree current Luffy with Gear 5 dogwalk either Doflamingo/Katakuri while Doflamingo/Katakuri low diffs KOH Zoro who cannot hit either of them no matter how many tries he attacks either of them.

However base Luffy who is much faster than KOH Zoro who will never even dream of touching Doflamingo let alone Katakuri still get blitzed by either Doflamingo/Katakuri unless you can show me a statement where Luffy got faster from Dressrosa to Elbaf.
