Talentless Ancient Giant with massive CoA reserves and CoC given by blood creates miles of Black Lightning when he clashes, so he's de facto given AdCoC without any consideration or critical thinking.. He clashes with Rocks and produces very big lightning therefore, he's Rocks equal.. Actually that garbage character has done the worst damage for power scaling..
