From skimming the first few pages:
Naomi is probably town/not scum. Seems relatively free flowing for her, atypical to her normal scum game.
Fuji was a bit weird earlier and I dunno why he burned through his whispers on what can't have been useful. Inclination so far says possibly not town, but not scum, on that I agree with Flower.
Al seems alright, liked his response to Fuji voting him.
Kro feels like something is missing. A bit reactive... Hard to draw conclusions this early but not too convinced by his entrance.
AM is meh, Melkor is meh.
Flower I thought was a bit too unserious at the start but she did get down to brass tacks early enough, she can be fine for now. Not a town read per se but would go to a town lean. The claiming thing early on felt performative though.
Can't recall anyone else, if in doubt Vote Melkor etc

I struggle with the role technical aspect of these games a lot. I haven't had a chance to sit down and read the guide in the sign ups so I dont really get hints or anything like that, just saying this because I'm going to be somewhat nerfed in a role hunting game like this.
Oh, Rej. How could I forget my boy Rej. Not convinced so far but I did like that he said he would play it as vanilla, just feels like a strange thought to have as scum. Nothing clearing but its in my notes.
