Feels like so little is moving, it's a very easy gamestate for scum to just go along with the flow. Rej built up pretty easily for my liking, think Ali is sorta townie too with how he's going at Fuji.

Rej... he can do better for sure but I can understand if he's just kinda here for the ride. Don't like how he claimed and he's missing some indignation that I'd expect from him as town, but do I want to blond lynch through a protective claim? Decisions decisions.

My gut is telling me we need a complete pivot but my head is saying to stay the course.

That just sounds like *Do not lynch me I have a good role* which is just scummy. It can work out tbh. In the old ToS people received more specific feedback and mechanics were simpler to the point scum roles had a rough time winning as long as Town understood and deduced mechanics correctly. So mass claim D1 (after a night phase) could already solve a large chunk of the game.
