Black Zetsu even twisted the knife and hyped up Kirin (which is literally just lightning directed by Sasuke's chakra) as "faster than sound" (way to downscale the verse, Itachi, you absolute bum.). And Itachi barely reacted fast enough to put up his Susano'o, and STILL got his ass slammed into the dirt and took heavy damage. Despite supposedly having some kind of invincible shield, mind you. Lmao.
