I don't believe in the greater collective system.
You don't think we are capable of that?

I genuinely flip-flop on this element. What I know is that I don't want what we have in most Western nations. As stated before, I'd much rather have a monarch who was responsible than a collective that can disseminate responsibility to a degree that nobody is responsible.
Don't you think that within good systems a collective can also creates accountability?

@Logiko what do you think of Bernie?
Overall, I dislike him. He is a social democrate.. so a liberal by definition which is already not something I appreciate, but on top of that, the guy has a very shitty attitude concerning the genocide and the colonization by current Israel that I cannot just forgive. He is right tho in the post you shared.

I don't believe in the wider human collective, nor do I care for it. This is partly why I care about regional rather than national or global.
It's pretty interesting to how people who are obsessed with such a system never worked with actually working class people

I just cringe imagining the type of people like who I worked with actually having an input on trillion dollar industries

You would be forced into Soviet tier bureaucracy to avoid a shitstorm

It's pretty interesting to how people who are obsessed with such a system never worked with actually working class people
The age old argument is that it just wasn't implemented correctly. :milaugh:

The utopians who believe we are all one people do not understand that the majority of the people they wish to 'unify' with would probably rather stab them dead. It is what it is.

What about planification? In a society where there is no focus on the global collective and only the local one, how do you make sure there won't be any fight over ressources on a more regional and global scale or that the needs of one community does not disrupts the needs of all?

No. Modern day is proof that accountability does not exist.
Within capitalism, yes. Interests relatives to dominations and capitals run high and dictate the behaviors of the individuals, but lets say that you get rid of all dominations and capitalist interests, wouldn't you agree that a huge group of people can create something collectively?

After all, we have virtual examples and we had examples of successfull attempts in catalogna.

@Logiko would you support Morocco invading Ceuta
Morocco is a colonial state, so, no.

The utopians who believe we are all one people do not understand that the majority of the people they wish to 'unify' with would probably rather stab them dead. It is what it is.
The problem I believe is that you are confusing the prospect of a paradize that we are proposing, with the old aged notion of "utopia". Even tho I uses that term as a manner of speech, it stills holds an idealist meaning in the sense that it is meant to describe something that is "non realistic, something irrational, out of the bound of human possibility".

But as I explained in the last few pages. Capitalism actually tricked you into thinking that our proposals were idealistic when in reality, it is the complete opposite.

We are materialists. (for the most part at least)

This means that when we imagine a better world, we are not simply projecting our desire. We are observing the real material conditions of oscieties and individuals on the planets and we create a system based on this materialist knowledge (usually scientific).

Capitalism made people think that materialists and marxists were actually utopian naive dreamers when... it's actually the opposite. From our point of view, WE are the realists and idealists (capitalist, liberals, people who don't reason through systemism, libertarians, meritocrats, fascists etc.) ARE the naive dreamers.

I think it's a fundament notion to get into perspective. materialists are not naive about the human's will, we are the ones who observe reality, nature and socialities, how these systems are influenced by other environments... and we create systems based on these observations.

I share this for french people here (you can auto translate) who might want to understand why anti-imperialism is fundamental to avoid an imperialistic progressism (pinkwashing, liberal antiracism etc.)

This is what i've been trying to explain these last 20 pages.

https://youtube.com/shorts/6fzN_Dx-EAM

Context:
Barbara Butch, a queer DJ did a concert that was disrupted by pro-palestinian activists who wanted to denounce her ties with Israel and her pinkwashing in a context of the colonization and genocide (she went to have a concert for the pride in Israel during the genocide). This disruption that was mostly a bunch of activist screaming and shooting forced her to stop the concert and bail out.

Problem, two rando threw two plastic bottle on the scene, which caught the attention of the ENTIRE mainstream mediatic sphere that IMMEDIATLY tried to denounced the violence of LFI (the party of JL melenchon) that seemingly supported the protest.

On the very next day, the DJ was invited on every stage of the media to explain how much violence she felt and how scared she was (I'll let you judge)

But the problem is that she immediatly jumped on the fact that she was jewish to denounce an antisemitic attack. Which was immediatly shared by the entirety of the mainstream mediatic and political sphere from right to left. Which is a problem for people who simply tried to denounce her lack of spine and pinkwashing as it puts them in danger.

Since then, the radical left has been trying to restore a bit of truth.

Nearly 100k in a day? That would not concern you?
Not at all. I'm not scared of other people.

I aim to create a better society for all, not just for me or my fellow french. This means that people who come will have to fight for that too if they want a better life.

So you should stand with the Spaniards.
I won't stand for colonial countries I'm sorry. I applaud the shift to the left, but it is far from enough for me to start sending praise or just defend blindly anything that spain is doing.

There is no invasion here, there is only Morocco who allowed people to pass on the spanish territory semingly in order to punish spain for their support of Palestinians. Most probably for Us and Israelian interests.

People will fear what they already feared. People like me are not afraid. In fact, this is a good thing for us. This means more people to fight the imperialist center from the inside.

Not at all. I'm not scared of other people.
You do not need to because you do not go outside. But most people do.

Never preach kindness again. You have no concerns for the ordinary person.

Me in this instance.

You're starting to sound a lot like a conspiracy theorist :milaugh:.

One of us. One of us! :finally: (Obviously this is a joke, it sucks that I even need to state it).

Inside or outside is the same deal mate. Fear is about the fear of the unknown and unpredictible, I'm not afraid of what I do not know or what I can't predict.

It seems like you are confusing kindness with empathy. I'm empathic with people being afraid. I can't understand why they are afraid. But this doesn't mean that I have to agree with the reasons for that fear.

I do not believe kindness to be the basis of reject. On the contrary. In such situation, pure kindness is the acceptance of those who are in need, shelter, habitations, structure, vital ressources. Kindness is to share despite the fear and preconceptions.

You're starting to sound a lot like a conspiracy theorist :milaugh:.
Not in this case lmao.
Sadly the mainstream outlets will jump on any occasion to depict the radical left (represented by LFI) as antisemitic. This has been documented for the last two years. What this women has done (using her identity to pinkwash her participation in the invizibilization of the genocide) is a form of confusion that the radical left has to deal with on a daily basis.. We are tired of these *** liberals

They tend to be, yes.

We are tired of these *** liberals
I dislike them too, but the radical left does tend to be antisemitic.

At the expense of everyone else, as those individuals destroy the land these people call home, commit crime, and in general ruin the lives of those who were there. You just want more people for your communistic uprising. They're human cattle for your agenda.

Not really. In fact, the statstics prove that the antisemitism on the radical left is nothing compared to the rest of the political spectrum, especially the far right.

We sadly do not have the same perspective on the alterity.

You just want more people for your communistic uprising
Yes

They're human cattle for your agenda.
No. We respect the agencies of these populations. Contrary to your side, we do not dehumanize migrants.
