Zorobros respect Rayleigh but it has been clear that Zoro and Ray are not 1 to 1 parallels and nor is Ray the floor or benchmark for Zoro powerscaling. When personality was brought in focus Zoro was not matched with Ray but Roger by Gaban along with Luffy. The dumbness of Zoro is equalled to Luffys, both share a single brain cell. In fact Rays personality traits like being intelligence and love for young girls is similar to Sanjis traits. Ray even made a point of Zoro being too dumb to figure out the 3D2Y shit.
