Do you really think Luffy was stronger than Crocodile, Moria in pre time skip? They would eat him for breakfast.
Doflamingo, Katakuri in post time? Doflamingo already won becausr he outlasted Luffy gear 4. Luffy already ran away mid fight when Gear 4 ran out.

But suddenly he is surpassing kaidou after Kaidou fighting a gauntlet, lifting an island during the raid. Exhausted + injured.
Yet he gave gear 5 a extreme diff fight.

The craziest thing about Kaido to me is we never saw his Awakening, and he went through a huge gauntlet in Onigashima. So, next time we see him, he should:

A: Have a huge Haki buff from fighting Gear 5 while on low HP
B: Awaken his Fruit, provided his mind and body are on the same page

Look at Alabasta Croc compared to Impel Down/Marineford Croc.

Really hoping the next time we see Momo he can like, handle most Vice Admirals at least. Was hoping that would be in Yamato's Cover Series, HAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, I will never try to predict a Cover Series again, because this was the fucking result, GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I still think there's a chance Kaido shows up on Elbaph, but, I'm pushing Big Mom, COME ON OVER, CHARLOTTE LINLIN

He was also nerfed, barely could stand up, both been with their last strenght, Luffy power overpowered Kaido one. That is where Luffy surpassed him at his strongest.

Yes when they fought, Luffy was just a low diff battle but it changed rapidly during that battle.

Luffy got adv CoC> fought him to high diff before even using Awakening.

In Kaido eyes Luffy was very close to Oden with G4 Adv CoC. With awakening Luffy legit surpassed Kaido.

Think this, if the guy who was a low diff material for Kaido at the begin of the battle, imagine what would happen if he face Luffy with 100% health at the end of wano...

Luffy would win at least 8/10 fights against Kaido. Luffy is growing massive during a battle. People should stop saying Luffy is weaker, Luffy legit won. He defeated Kaido at his best. Unlike what Kid and Law did too Big Mom. That is also a reason why both got crushed by Shanks and Blackbeard yet Luffy survived Egghead.

Kizaru would cakewalk Law and Kid together. Add Zoro and Sanji and Kizaru would still murder them. Luffy only fight back on equal stand because he was stronger than Kaido.

If Luffy wasn't stronger, he could never fight Kizaru on equal stand.

100% agree with this that is why Oda is have nerf luffy ass every power up .
